Water Cat Seafood was founded by Alec Solano, a former fine-dining cook turned professional fishmonger. After years of working in professional kitchens and being around whole fish, Alec found a passion for fish butchery.
That passion became Water Cat Seafood. We work with producers from Japan, New Zealand, Australia, and across the United States to bring unique, premium seafood to Rhode Island. We take pride in sourcing products we'd be excited to cook, serve and share ourselves.
